We partnered with Ingentis to redesign org.manager, their flagship software for organizational charting and HR analytics. Our goal was to create an intuitive interface that could handle complex data visualization while remaining accessible to both HR professionals and business leaders.
The design challenge lay in presenting vast amounts of HR data in a clear, actionable format. We focused on creating a clean, modern interface that prioritized data readability and quick access to critical information. Our design system ensured consistency across the platform's various features, allowing for a seamless user experience as users navigated between different HR analytics and organizational design tasks.
At the core of org.manager is its powerful organizational charting capability. The redesigned interface allows users to visualize complex organizational structures with ease, providing a clear overview of the entire company hierarchy.
We designed a flexible system for customizing the org chart's appearance and behavior. Users can easily adjust layout settings, create visualization rules to highlight specific data points, and access detailed employee information directly from the chart.
Recognizing the importance of sharing organizational insights beyond the digital interface, we designed a robust print and export functionality. The print preview feature allows users to fine-tune their org charts for physical documentation, ensuring that important structural information can be easily distributed in meetings or included in company materials.
As part of a comprehensive UX enhancement initiative, we conducted an extensive analysis and redesign of numerous dialogs and views throughout the application.
Our approach focused on enhancing the existing application structure rather than opting for a complete overhaul. Through targeted refinements, we significantly improved the user experience, making the interface more intuitive and user-friendly while preserving the familiar workflow for existing users.
