We've been at the forefront of Everchron's evolution since 2012, leading the product design and art direction to shape what has become the operating system for lawyers. Our decade-long collaboration has resulted in a powerful, intuitive platform that revolutionizes case management for litigators.
Everchron presented a unique challenge: to create a comprehensive, user-friendly system capable of handling the complexities of modern litigation. We approached this by developing a cohesive design language that prioritizes clarity and efficiency, allowing legal professionals to navigate vast amounts of case-related information with ease. Our work encompassed everything from branding and product design to design system architecture and development using Vue.js, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all aspects of the platform.

As part of our comprehensive work on Everchron, we designed and developed their corporate website. The site highlights key features of their litigation management platform.
Telary Studio is the best at what they do. They are the incredibly rare combination of artistic talent, technical precision, thoughtfulness, and tireless work ethic. Working with Telary Studio, I have come to expect nothing less than perfection and still find my expectations exceeded regularly.
Everchron's application design is the core of our work, creating a powerful yet intuitive platform for legal professionals. The design focuses on efficiency, clarity, and ease of use, enabling lawyers to manage complex cases effectively.
The Documents Index offers a full view of all case documents, with powerful search and filtering capabilities to help lawyers and paralegals find the information they need quickly.
Bulk actions allow users to efficiently edit, move, tag, or generate AI summaries for multiple documents simultaneously. Quick links provide instant filtering options, streamlining the document review process.
The Chronology feature presents a clear timeline of case events, facts, and documents. Users can preview documents directly within the web interface, enhancing efficiency and reducing context switching.
All tables in Everchron are fully customizable, with various view modes available to suit different user preferences and workflow needs.
The platform supports various document addition methods, including drag-and-drop uploads, pulling from remote locations, and bulk uploads of archive files.
The Profile Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key people and entities involved in the case, complete with ratings and data visualizations to aid in case analysis.
Detailed profiles include important analysis, linked documents, and mentions in transcripts and other case documents, providing a 360-degree view of each key individual or entity.
Everchron allows for easy creation and editing of people and entity profiles through an intuitive form interface. Profiles can also be imported, facilitating quick setup of new cases or integration of existing data.
The Master File serves as an intuitive filing system for all case documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, transcripts, correspondence, and court orders. The breadcrumb navigation ensures users always know their location within the document hierarchy.
Sidebars provide simple quick links to advanced filters as well as a full professional search mode, giving users total control to find any document they need efficiently.
The file system follows familiar patterns, allowing users to move, copy, and attach documents via drag-and-drop or multi-selection, making document management intuitive and efficient.
As an alternative to the table view, a chronological card view for transcripts is offered, providing a visual and easy-to-scan layout of transcript information.
Cards can be expanded to reveal additional information about documents or facts, allowing users to quickly access relevant details without leaving the overview.
Like other index views in the platform, transcripts can also be viewed in a customizable table format, allowing users to tailor the display to their specific needs.
The cross-transcript text search feature searches the entire document collection, providing results with excerpts, highlighted search hits, and related information such as annotations, tags, or profiles.
Flexible export options are available for documents, metadata, and transcripts in various formats, including presets and fully customizable exports to suit different reporting needs.
Users can generate nicely formatted PDF reports, built with PDFReactor, ensuring professional-looking exports for court submissions or client presentations.
The user preferences section allows individuals to customize their experience, including setting their favorite color theme and other application-related settings.
Comprehensive yet easy-to-use settings are provided for organization admins. The user management interface offers detailed control over user access and roles, while the statistics dashboard provides insights into platform usage and activity.
Everchron's platform supports comprehensive data import capabilities, allowing users to bring in information from local storage or other document management systems.
The platform offers multiple ways to import, overlay, or replace data, providing flexibility for different user needs and data sources.
When importing data from external sources, a robust mapping interface is provided. This allows users to align incoming data fields with the platform's data structure, ensuring smooth integration of information.
At the heart of the platform is a powerful document viewer that supports a wide range of file types, allowing users to review documents directly within the application.
The viewer's sidebar presents customizable analysis data, letting users focus on the information most relevant to their work. This analysis data can be easily reordered to suit individual preferences.
Users can edit analysis data for documents and entries directly within the viewer, streamlining the review and annotation process.
Metadata management is crucial in legal document handling. The viewer allows users to both view and edit metadata efficiently.
Citations are vital in legal documents. The system automatically scans and OCRs documents for citations, linking them to the relevant sources. Users can also manually create or edit these links as needed.
Annotations are essential for reviewing deposition transcripts. The annotation tool allows users to mark specific parts of a transcript, add analysis data, or engage in discussions about the text excerpt with other users.
To enhance the review process, annotations can be filtered and searched. Users can view search results in a focus mode that displays only the relevant text excerpts.
For video depositions, a synchronized transcript and video viewer is offered. Users can review the video alongside the transcript, with real-time syncing between the text and video timestamp.
Underpinning the user interface is a comprehensive design system built with Vue.js. This system, called Everchron Shards, consists of 92 components created in Figma and translated into reusable UI components distributed as an npm package.
The Everchron Shards design system is continuously maintained and updated, with new components added as needed to support the evolving needs of the platform.
